Chart: Improve numerical axis auto range algorithm to use a more human readable rounded step
The iOS numeric auto range algorithm is not very human readable and sometimes it can calculate a step like 2810 (in which case 2000 or 5000 would have been much more readable). The algorithm needs to be improved, so that developers do not need to go and calculate ranges on their own.

Hello Nicholas,

Sorry for the late reply. The native implementations of the Chart in Android and iOS differ due to the platform's specifics. Please keep following the item so that you are automatically notified when there is any progress.

Works perfectly on Android. How come the same logic has not been implemented in the iOS version?
