ListView: Expose API for controlling the appearance of the ScrollViewer style
The uwp radlistview vertical scrollbar disappears when focus is lost -
I think I need something like

 <telerik:RadListView.Commands. ListElement.Scroller.Scrollbar.FillElement.Visibility

But I may be missing something?

Hi Stuart,

By marking the item with approved we consider it as meaningful and a feature that will be a good addition to the ListView control. If the priority of the item raises (the number of votes of the item is considered when the priority is determined) the item will be considered for implementation.
