Running test lists on Windows 7 environment occasionally Chrome says that one or more browser extensions are missing. This could be randomly observed by local and remote test list execution. Browser is calibrated and latest extensions are installed and enabled. 

No repro on our end but a customer reports the behavior. Probably the issue could be reproduced on slower machines.
