'Run to here' should run from the step previously run to, so you can run through a test sections at a time, without having to start from the beginning each time.

Hello,

Unfortunately Run To Here starts from the navigate step by design and we are not going to change that behavior.
Once you have the recorder attached you can use Run Selected Steps feature which should satisfy the need of running a specific test section. That is why the feature is implemented.
