Right now, we have no way to query our database to have some real time insight of our users our just stats about a lot of critical business metric decision.
If you can integrate your backend solution with a query engine like jackdb. I think it will be a win win https://www.jackdb.com

With the recent change in the Telerik Platform and Sitefinity, the Sitefinity data-connector is now part of the Enterprise edition.
Within Sitefinity however you still list as a valuable feature the integration but the Enterprise edition of the platform is completely overkill for LOB (non public) applications.
There for I'd like to propose to make the Sitefinity Data-Connector a seperate add-on that can be purchased ontop of one of the other platform editions instead of trying to milk the proverbial cow.

The app only needs to be configured to allow being opened in a SplitView or SlideOver alongside other apps. This would require adding a launch storyboard to your project, which currently isn't possible in AppBuilder.

Please make the list of applications "My Apps" show the top of the list as default since I can pin the applications I work on most to the top of the list.

I like to have my App Builder code window on one screen with treh device simulator cover half of the second screen and the debug window covering half of the other screen. It would be great if App Builder can remember my screen layout like this so when I re-open app-builder I don't have to move my windows around every time.

When using the Visual Studio Extension, there is lots of output going to the AppBuilder output window when building my app, but the final QR code URL is not shown. While I can capture and/or copy it from the build output window, but if I close this modal window I have to rebuild again to get the link rather than just go grab it from the output window. I frequently find that I'm rebuilding just to get an install link for a build I already had. This would also support running the build in the background - which would be a huge time saver. Currently, I have to sit and do nothing for 30 secs while the build runs and VS is inaccessible. If the URL showed post build in the output, I could start the build, move on to do other things, and use the URL when it's done.

We need an angular2 NS project template. This can be done through the Nativescript CLI but for some reason is not included in the paid fully-featured AppBuilder?

the current version always shows the debugger docked at the bottom, even when docked at the side. Must undock and re-dock and resize the debugger window.
I like the debugger docked to the right and taking most of the screen space (80%) with the simulator taking 20%.
