After upgrading to the newest release (715) I cannot execute any test list through the scheduling service.

GUI runner just shows Preparing to run test.... and then hangs.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a test list.

2. Connect to any scheduling service.

3. Execute the test list. 

Expected:  The test list is executed on the specified machine.

Actual: GUI runner just shows Preparing to run test.... and then hangs.
