Incorrect handling of domain attribute when setting cookies
All the information is provided in the internal bug submitted. We are not providing it here since it contains sensitive information and code snippets that should not be public available.

Telerik: we have implemented a fix for this issue, which will be available in our next internal product release by mid May 2015.

The main problem is with firefox and chrome. It does not handle cookie domain starting with a leading dot: ".example.com"
