Tables inside Headers and Footers are not exported correctly if the document has never been shown in Paged mode
Closure reason:  issue fixed

The issue is fixed and is live with today's LIB release (v.2015.1.0406)

Please make tables in document header or footer take up the set percent of the page width when exported to MS Word docx.  This is for a RadDocument created in C# without ever being inside a RichTextBox control.

1. Create document with portrait mode and add some text to the first page
2. Add page header containing a table - set table with to 100 percent
3. add section break to start new page, set page orientation to landscape
4. Add some text to page 2
5. Export to MS Word docx.

The page header should take up 100 percent of the page width on all pages.  As of the June 2014 latest UI for WPF RadDocument, it takes up 3% of the page width.

You should hit the Like button if you like the idea(feedback) in this item. In this case the feedback is a bug report, so the Like button is the proper one in case you want the issue to be fixed.

I am not quite sure if likes and dislikes are appropriate here.
Which button do I have to to hit when I want this bug to be fixed?
