Hi,

We have prepared a SDK example which demonstrates how to implement a custom JPX decoder using a third party library, which decodes jpeg2000 images. 
The sample code snippets could be found in our SDK repository in Github at the following link: https://github.com/telerik/xaml-sdk/tree/master/PdfViewer/CustomDecoder
