Make DayStartTime/DayEndTime properties apply for each day in TimelineView
In the current version of the control when DayStartTime/DayEndTime properties are set to the DayViewDefinition the DayStartTime applies only for the first day of the VisibleDays range and the DayEndTime for the last day.

Available in the 2016 Q1 release: DayStartTime/DayEndTime properties are applied for each day in TimelineView.

I've been working for years using timelineview. This is the most needed Feature for my Project.

This feature is really needed. For plannig and scheduling in a professionnal context, non worked hours are useless and make the whole timelinewiew (as it is now) useless.

This feature needs to be included as appointments meant only for working hours not for full day.
