DownloadDialogsHandler fails with TimeoutException in IE9 for SL SaveFile dialog

We are trying to handle Save As dialog in a customer's application,  in IE9 browser,  using code with DownloadDialogsHandler.

Expected behavior: The dialog is handled and the test pass

Actual behavior: The dialog is handled, but the test fails with TimeoutException 

Steps to reproduced are attached in the internal description.

Hi, unfortunately we were unable to reproduce this problem, dialog is always handled correctly. Can you try to reproduce it on your side using the latest internal build. It will also help if you provide the exact build on which this was reproducible.
