Change how an element from Elements Explorer is found during run time
Currently it is not possible during run time to change with or without code the FrameInfo (ID, Name, Src, Index) of the frame that is in the Elements Explorer. 
This would be very useful if we need to change the ID of the frame we use, depending on against which browser we run the test. This is currently only possible if we work only in code and we don't use the elements from Elements Explorer.

There is a codeless solution as well since 2013 R1 and the new recording in Chrome/FF/Safari. If that about IE versus Chrome for example, one can record the frame and the test step accordingly in both browsers now and then specify the browser for each of the two similar steps via the RunsAgainst step property.

Is that sufficient?
