Expose the TextBlock.TextDecorations Property

Currently it's not possible to test whether or not text of a Silverlight or WPF application is underlined or has other decorations applied. If the TextBlock.TextDecorations Property is somehow exposed, this could be done.

It would be nice if you could go further and provide the ability to record a verification step (rather than a coded step) for underlining (either from the Quick Commands or the Build Verification dialog) - just as you currently can for other font properties.
