Manually Implementing the scroll and wheel event with rad dock (being dragged) seems to be irritating. Please do it to make our life easier. After all, telerik is awesome..!

Yes, please! This would be fantastic functionality for those of us using long vertical zones within a page! I'm not sure of the percentage of our clients who have scroll wheels on their mouse or navigation hardware of choice, but I'd hazard to say it's the vast majority.  Thanks for continuing to improve your products!
