FIX: RadButton is not performing PostBacks when triggers validation and is set as DefaultButton
In case where RadButton is set as DefaultButton to the form or a panel and should trigger validation it does not PostBack the page regardless if the page is valid or not

The issue is resolved and the fix will be available in the next official Q2 2014 SP1 scheduled for the end of July.

As a workaround for this issue you can set RadButton's UseSubmitBehavior property to False
